My name is Camille Dunn, and I’m the founder of Blondie’s Fine Foods—a pre-law student at the University of Texas at Austin with a deep-rooted love for cooking and baking. Ever since I was little, the kitchen has been my happy place. For me, preparing food is more than just a hobby—it’s the most rewarding way to express love, care, and creativity. There’s something special about how a simple jar of jam or a homemade cookie can bring comfort, joy, and connection.
In the summer of 2025, I earned my food handler’s certificate, and by that fall, I officially launched Blondie’s under a Texas Cottage Food license. Every product I make—from cozy fruit butters to unique, small-batch baked goods—is thoughtfully crafted in my home kitchen in Austin with high-quality ingredients and lots of heart.
